Fair Opportunities

The most significant aspects of this text are New Zealand's policies on gender
equality and the freedom of women to assume any role in society. New

Zealand has set an example in the modern world for women's empowerment,
where the key leaders are women who have overcome unprecedented

obstacles such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The employment of women in the

military should be increased, and they should be assigned to areas based on
their potential. In addition, they should be afforded equal opportunities on the

battlefield and during the selection process for high-ranking portfolios. Israel,
the United States, France, Australia, and Canada all employ women in combat

positions on the front lines (Virk & Ganguli).

Digital Technology and Women Empowerment for Economic

Development
Information Technology (IT) has had a substantial impact on income and

earnings, economic growth, and job creation. Call centres, medical

transcription, technical support, engineering and design, geographic
information services, payroll and other human resource services, insurance

claim processing, and legal databases have experienced unprecedented growth
in India. The ICT industry is attracting a large number of women, according

to the labour market trends (Ruksana1 & Ahmed, 2019).
