and learning processes such as online courses, online exams, quizzes, digital
textbooks, e-notes, and animations. Administration is also transitioning from
manual to computerised record-keeping. However, digital education faces
several challenges including a lack of proper study space, slow internet, a lack
of standard policies, teacher training, and parenting issues. The government
seems taking it seriously with funds increased for e-learning and parent-
teacher training, open accessibility via free open resources, distribution of
laptops and smartphones, and placing a greater emphasis on classroom
transformation to non-touch teaching and learning strategies (Yadav, 2022).
Open and distance education as well as e-learning have opened up new
avenues for those who are unable to attend educational institutions due to
economic, geographical, social, and physical constraints. Institutes could offer
blended learning to both types of audiences. Distance education can provide a
second chance to learn with increased confidence, improved skills, more
career opportunities, knowledge, social changes, time and space flexibility,
and other beneficial outcomes (Yadav, 2022).
Digitalisation in Law Enforcement System
The police department is responsible for maintaining public safety, law, and
order, as well as preventing, detecting, and investigating criminal activity. As
a result of digitalisation and technological involvement, the police have
undergone numerous transformations. Under the law enforcement system,
biometric face reorganization, voice technology, thermal imaging, smart
sensors, the Internet, and other digital devices are incredibly useful. A national
FIR and GD entry tracking system was created to expedite investigations.
