to students and scored in the same way in classrooms across the country. They are
administered to students annually to determine if they are meeting objectives set by
their home state. Since the institution of standardized tests, in many schools an
emphasis has been placed on the outcome of the test.
This change in focus has had an effect on what students are taught in class, with
classroom teaching shifting from traditional instruction to test preparation. Within
this procedure child who has low capacity of focus education, they have to face
discrimination within the classroom, and also clever students not considering about
others. They only focus about improving knowledge and passé examinations. This
system makes a mechanical mind. Because knowledge is usually the type of thing

It can use knowledge when you perform skills. When students enter to the
employment, skill is important. Within our education system knowledge base
learning is important as well as skill-based education is important. In order to
education system, teachers practice and improves students' skills. For example;
Computer and science subject can study regarding books s well as can practice related
with labs. Students try hard academically, vocationally, socially or physically in high
regarded and also, they study how machine work; operate computer or other practices
related to their subjects. Everyone believes there should be comfortable with
knowledge related to books and also study practically. Their practical instructions
include in the books step by step. But the question is here, is this procedure improving
attitudes of children?

Attitude helps to understand human behavior. Anastasi (1957) has defined attitude
