want their child to be. Parents’ aspirations are what lead to parents expecting their
children to conduct themselves in ways that would complement and promote their

parent’s dreams, sometimes at the cost of their own goals and ambitions (Kalimuthu,
2018). Parent's pressure for children can be see with grade 5 examination. Parents
always try to guide children to achieve a task like, higher profession, salary, luxury

vehicle, higher social status, more score of examination etc. According to UNESCO
they identify four goals of education which follow by every country by report of

“learning to be education for today and tomorrow. There are:

                Focus towards scientific humanity
                Focus towards creativity
                Focus towards social responsibility
 Create a perfect person (Hemantha Kumara, 2011)
If fulfill those purposes attitude also should be improve. Education is not a system,
which filling knowledge for children’s' mind, thinking of education as an empty
doctrine (Open University, Sri Lanka, 2001). It's not useful to filling only knowledge

to children's mind. But, modern education system follows this structured way. They
guide children to achieve task with memorized knowledge. As a liberal education
philosophy, they introduce theory of H3 for the formation of education. Namely they

are pointed H1- Head, H2 - Hand and H3 - Heart. They indicate education is about
development of these three stages. Education can develop children’s' head from

building proper knowledge, hand from skills and abilities and heart form making
attitudes. Still develop only head and hand not about heart. As a human develop heart
by education is important. According to those matters, parents as well as education

system don't consider to improve children’s' attitudes. If someone does a job he wants
to knowledge and skill. But also, they should make their attitudes.

               5. Conclusion

In Sri Lankan education system also follows knowledge and skill-based education

system. Government publishes text books, and then all education institutions all the
