Professor Sapna is a distinguished member of several highly reputed Committees
and Boards.
She is a Member of the Public Relations Council of India (PRCI), Bangalore,
Member, NIPM, Mysore, Vice-President, PRCI- Mysore chapter Jan 2016- to
date, Member –AMIC Media Professional Body (2015-to date), and Member –
IAMCR, Media Research and Professional Body (2016-to date). Between the
period of 2011-13, she was the Secretary, of PRCI, Mysore Chapter, Chairman,
Young Communicators Club- Mysore Chapter, and She was appointed by PRCI
as the Karnataka State Head, YCC in 2018. Today we have this esteemed Scholar
Professor Sapna as the Ruhuna University RASAS 2022 Keynote Speaker.

Dear Madam, as Chair I am grateful to you for accepting our humble request to
deliver the Keynote Speech today. We are highly privileged to have you as our
Keynote Speaker. We appreciate you taking time off your busy schedule to be
our Keynote Speaker. Thank you once again for your time. As the Chair of
RASAS 2022, I take pride in inviting Professor Sapna to deliver the Keynote
