So, Madam, we are grateful to you for creating new knowledge through your
research.
Professor Sapna has shared her expertise as a resource person in various events
and workshops. The workshop for Corporate Managers in KPCL, Bangalore, on
Internal Communication, Training programs for Communication Faculties on
New Trends in Communication Education, Short Term Workshop for Reporters,
Script Writers, and Announcers, Resource Person for the Karnataka Police
Academy ( KPA) to train police trainees ( Sub-Inspectors) and on the job police
officials on communication aspects, resource person for the Karnataka Police
Academy (KPA), to address the Dy SPs of the state on Communication Trends
and Media, she was a resource person for All India Speech and Hearing workshop
on writing for public education materials for content developers and a resource
person at the workshop for Wardens of Backward Hostel in the Mysore District
under the theme of organizational communication in the government sector are
just to name a few of her contributions.
Teamwork is important in every workplace. In-person, virtual, or hybrid
environments blending remote, and in-person settings all thrive on
teamwork. Working collaboratively is the only way to achieve a team’s
shared goals. Professor Sapna has demonstrated her skills as a very good
team player and her versatility and adaptability is seeen through the projects
she has undertaken. You are an excellent role model that everyone should
follow. She was a Member for the SAP – project on Tribal and Media, the UGC
Coordinator for Media Relations in India for MNBC, Male, Maldives,
Coordinator of a UNICEF project worth 9.5 lakhs related to Adolescents
Reporting in Karnataka, and during the period of 2018/19, she was a trainer for
working journalists UNESCO projects in association with MNBC, Maldives, She
is the Coordinator of a UNICEF Project worth 12.5 lakhs related to Orientation
of Journalists in the Karnataka State for Sensitizing on Children’s Issues Post
Covid Period- 2022-23 which is still ongoing.
