in the educational field women still continue to face the traditional gender roles that
are accepted by society. These stereotypical concepts strongly control and reduce

their chances to get a proper education. According to statistics, about 126 million
young people still lack basic reading and writing skills. 60% of them are female.
Millions of women and girls in the world are still forced to spend hours doing

household chores and caring for other family members. Cultural norms and
stereotypes force people to behave in accordance with the social order. Many girls

are not allowed to continue their education because they are forced into child
marriage. There are some traditional attitudes towards the status and role of women.
In cultures where these expectations are the norm, girls’ education may be lower on

               a family’s list of priorities.

               4.4 Social Behavior

There is a particular way of behave for everyone in accordance with their cultural
norms. As mentioned before cultural norms influence every aspect of our lives,

including what we value, our attitudes and how we behave. It can be different from
               one society to another.

E.g: More often how girls behave in Asian countries can be totally different from
Western countries. Many Asian girls are told to cover her selves while girls in

western countries enjoying themselves with comfortable cloths. The society should
consider about her personality, the quality of education and not about the length of
her skirt. Millions of girls are being discriminating from their very birth. Even in

countries with constitutions and laws that comply with the Convention, because of
custom, tradition and/ or the failure to enforce domestic legal provisions, girls’ lives
become so miserable. From the childhood people are tough the way of behave in

accordance with their culture. It’s a part of socialization process. Parents teach their
children that boys are strong and protective, and girls are caring and serving.
Furthermore, some societies believe that girls are valueless and boys are better than

girls. They teach girls that they should always cover their body, behave politely.
Parents don’t allow their daughters to walk alone or after dark. She is made
