Peer Review Process
1. Preliminary Screening
All original manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo a preliminary screening. This process ensures compliance with author guidelines, thematic relevance, and content quality.
2. Double-Blind Peer Review
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening proceed to a double-blind peer review. The Editor-in-Chief, in consultation with the editorial board, assigns two experts from the same or related fields to review the manuscripts independently and anonymously.
3. Reviewer Guidelines
Reviewers are required to assess manuscripts based on the provided reviewer guidelines.
4. Author Revisions
Once the editorial committee receives the reviewers' reports, these are shared with the authors for necessary revisions. Authors are also asked to provide responses to major comments and suggestions, explaining their acceptance or rejection of the feedback.
5. Follow-Up Review
Revised manuscripts, along with the authors’ responses, are sent back to the reviewers for further comments and a final decision on acceptance or rejection. Authors are required to follow the reviewers’ final guidelines during this stage.
6. Final Acceptance or Rejection
If the author fails to address the reviewers’ final comments, the manuscript will be rejected. Otherwise, it will be accepted for publication, subject to language editing and other refinements. Before publication, the author is given the final version to check for typographical errors, if any.
7. Publication
After completing all revisions and checks, the editorial committee schedules the article for publication in the next issue of the journal.
