The Department of Public Policy, University of Ruhuna, is committed to peer-review integrity and upholding the highest review standards. The Journal adheres to a strict double-blind peer-review policy to ensure best practices in scholarly research and publication. Therefore, the Editorial Board will initially evaluate each paper for suitability for publication in the Journal. Editor-in-Chief is fully authorized for reviewing process, which is processed in the order of submission to the Journal. Papers/Articles suitable for publication will be sent to two reviewers for the double-blind peer review. The case of plagiarism, data falsification, inappropriate authorship credit, and the like do arise; the journal takes such publishing ethics issues very seriously. Our editors are advised to proceed in such a case with a zero-tolerance policy. Any violation of ethics will cause automatic rejection of the paper.

The Journal of Vidarshi is an open access e-journal. The entire content of papers published in this journal is freely available to any user without charge. They are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, or link to full-text articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or author, however kindly requested to acknowledge wherever relevantly.
