Vidarshi (විදර්ශී) is a national peer- reviewed journal open for studies and reviews in Political Science and allied fields, published by the Department of Public Policy, University of Ruhuna.

Aims and scope

The journal aims to provide a platform for research works of the university undergraduates attached to the universities in Sri Lanka to use the Vidarshi (විදර්ශී) as an outlet for their research work.
Vidarshi aims to publish qualitative, quantitative, and mixed method research involving local, national, and international practices. The journal seeks to publish current applied research in the fields of Political Science and allied fields; besides, review articles, book/ chapter reviews, and opinion pieces will be included in the journal.
All articles in this journal will be subjected to initial screening by the sectional editor and then to a rigorous double – blind peer review by at least tow experts in the relevant field.
