overarching strategies, allocate resources, and introduce regulatory measures

to promote and monitor the inclusion of students with disabilities in the digital
               shift.

The collective consensus among the university staff members emphasised that
a collaborative effort in developing proper policies/guidelines in universities

is paramount. The synchronised actions among UGC, Education ministry and
Universities in Sri Lanka are vital to sculpt an online teaching and learning

environment that is accessible and fosters academic excellence and personal
growth for students with disabilities. This integrated approach, reinforced by

well-structured policies and guidelines, will indeed pave the way for a more

inclusive and holistic online teaching learning process for students with
               disabilities in Sri Lanka.
