Author Guidelines

Authors can submit their manuscripts (soft copy in Microsoft Word .doc/.docx format) to:

Important:
  • Manuscripts must be original (not published and not under consideration elsewhere).
  • The journal accepts manuscripts written in English and Sinhala.
  • The length of the paper should not exceed 20 pages.

Paper Components

  1. Abstract (Maximum 300 words; provide 3–5 keywords that best describe your paper)
  2. Introduction (and Literature Review)
  3. Objectives
  4. Methodology
  5. Results (and Analysis)
  6. Discussion (and Conclusion)
  7. References

Divide the article into clearly defined and numbered sections. Subsections should be numbered 1, 2, then 1.1, 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.2, etc.

  • Page size: B5
  • Line spacing: 1.5
  • Margins: Top/Bottom 3 cm | Left/Right 2.5 cm
  • Font sizes:
    • Title: 14
    • Author information: 10
    • Abstract: 10
    • Sub Title: 12 (bold)
    • Main Text: 12
    • Reference: 10
    • Table: 10

Citation and References

Use the APA system. Items in a reference list should be double-spaced and use hanging indents (entries begin flush left, subsequent lines indented).
