The fundamental objective of the FSC 3bP2 is to provide training and equip general degree undergraduate students with an excellent ability to face and address problems to effectively and efficiently perform tasks in our rapidly changing technological, economic and social environment. To this end, the students who have taken up the course module will be getting a broad range of hands-on experience to enhance their awareness on the real job scenario. The program is organized in a manner where students will get the opportunity to work closely in the industrial platform and with experts in the industry. Thus, it provides the students with a context as to choose the most suitable career and also paves the path for their occupation right after graduation. One of the key components of the program is the research project. Typically, a general degree 3-years course work does not include any research component in it. However, the students who are taking up the FSC 3bP2 will have the opportunity to engage in a research project which is closely related to industrial applications. Such research exposure ensures the student acts not just executing and performing the given task but also thinking innovatively to provide innovative and sustainable solutions to the problems associated with the industry which they will be entering after graduation. Moreover, research publications will be an extra qualification for the students in enhancing their career experience. Thereby, it cultivates the leadership ability and boosts the performance, the confidence of students and help them to meet career objectives and identify their own proficiency.
