Authors can submit their manuscripts, prepared adhering to following guidelines in softcopies in Microsoft Word file (.doc or .docx) to the email fjhss.vol12@hss.ruh.ac.lk .

It should be ensured that the manuscripts are originals neither published no underconsideration for publication elsewhere.The journal accepts manuscripts written both in English and Sinhala. The length of the papershould not exceed 20 pages.

Structure of the manuscript

Abstract
The abstract should be concise and factual with maximum 250 words. Provide 3- 5 keywords
that best describes your research paper.
Article should include following components;
Introduction (and Literature Review)
Objectives
Methodology
Results (and Analysis)
Discussion (and Conclusion)
References
Divide the article into clearly defined and numbered sections. Subsections should be
numbered 1, 2, (then 1.1, 1.1.1, 1.1.2) 1.2, etc.

Submission of manuscripts
Soft copies of the following two documents should be submitted before the
stipulated date.
(a) The manuscript (without author information)
(b) A separate title page
The title page should be submitted including the title of the article, name(s) of the
authors(s), the affiliations and addresses of the author(s), the email address and
telephone number of the corresponding author.
