A fundamental responsibility of academia is to enhance the explorative and analytical skills of its sprouting scholars. Researching provides a prime arena to develop the skills that are bound with scholarship. Such a scholarship makes a human being who is nourished with sound academic capacities as well as ethics that can shape the future of a society in the most sophisticated manner. The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Ruhuna organizes the 7th RASAS as its undergraduate symposium to construct the platform to initiate the first step of the academic journey of future researchers.
