Instructions for Submission of Extended Abstracts

Papers are called from university academics, professionals, research students and research fellows in the disciplines of the related subjects.

General Instructions

Authors are requested to align their submissions with the conference theme and indicate under which subtheme/s the extended abstracts are presented. They should be original contributions and should not be under consideration for any other conference or publication.

Each submission should be sent to ruichss2024@hss.ruh.ac.lk in MS Word format. In case of diagrams/formula developed in any other software that are doubtful, to appear properly in MS Word, you may send a PDF version together with your MS Word file.

Each submission must accompany a duly completed Author Declaration Form. If more than one submission is made by the same author, a separate Declaration Form should accompany each submission.

Guidelines for Extended Abstracts

Submissions must contain the title, name(s) and affiliation(s) of the author(s), abstract and keywords (3 - 5 keywords organised alphabetically). The main text of the abstract must include the introduction and research problem/issue, materials and methods, results and discussions, conclusions, and selected references (Maximum 10). Submissions must not exceed 1800 words, excluding keywords and references.
